For years, we've dedicated ourselves to understanding the essence of true hospitality. Our journey has taken us from the fast-paced energy of big cities to the serene beauty of North Idaho, where we’ve combined our expertise, creativity, and leadership to elevate every aspect of what we do. FounderAmy has been in the service industry since 2004, and it’s where her heart lies. Over the past two decades, she’s done it all-from bartending in lively restaurants and casinos to managing luxury venues and hosting unforgettable weddings and celebrity events.
Her journey has taken her from fast-paced cities in Southern California and Las Vegas to the refined charm of the Pacific Northwest, giving her a deep appreciation for every facet of hospitality. Whether behind the bar or leading a team, Amy ‘s passion has always been creating elevated, memorable experiences that leave a lasting impression.
For Amy leadership has never been just a role-it’s been a natural part of her journey in hospitality. From stepping into management at her very first serving job at Hooters to running a high-energy casino nightclub in the Pacific Northwest, Amy has always found herself drawn to guiding others and elevating every space she’s a part of. Whether in hospitality or retail, she’s consistently been the one people look to for direction, inspiration, and support. What she loves most about leading is creating an environment where her team feels confident, capable, and valued. Amy believes true leadership is about setting the standard, nurturing potential, and helping others discover their own strengths- all while continuing to raise the bar for excellence in service and experience.

Founder
Having grown up in the Pacific Northwest, Callie has always considered this beautiful region her home. With over two decades in the hospitality industry, she’s worn many hats. Bartending in vibrant restaurants, managing full-service bars, restaurants, weddings, and private corporate events. Leading teams has always come naturally to her, and she’s spent much of her career creating, refining, and perfecting craft cocktail menus, B/W/L training programs, and management for various bars and restaurants. She has always had a natural talent for creating tapas, catering, and crafting unforgettable drinks and dishes.
Callie has worked in environments ranging from high-end to casual backyard events. She’s organized from start to finish, handling countless weddings and special events with professionalism, creativity, and heart every time. Beyond her creative eye and event expertise, Callie brings the operational knowledge to oversee full-concept bar and restaurant revamps. Cost-of-goods analysis and menu engineering to vendor sourcing, staffing systems, and profitability strategy. Her hands-on experience in both the creative and financial sides of hospitality allow her to guide clients through every phase of development with precision and heart.
Callie had the pleasure and experience to start a juice café from the ground up, offering cold-pressed juices, vegan, and gluten-free foods, and successfully selling it as a thriving business. Her innovation and commitment to quality quickly gained recognition, earning multiple local awards that highlighted her creativity, dedication, and entrepreneurial spirit.
